What we feed our minds is easily as important as what we feed our bodies.

In the early 1980s, an excitingly different series of children's books were released. 'Choose your own adventure' stories made the reader the main character, making choices that determined which way the plot went.
At the end of every chapter, you would pause and decide which direction to take next. The story proceeded based on the choices you made.
I reckon life is like that.
At any given moment we can choose what's next. Whether to go for that walk or that job. Whether to stay or leave. Whether to try something new or settle for what we've got. Even when choices are made for us, we still get to choose how we respond and deal with them.
That means that every choice matters, short or long term. We are the sum of the decisions we make.
Most of our choices are small, slipping by while we are on auto-pilot. Until one day we wake up, and decide 'not this.'
If you are stuck or restless, maybe it's time to take a closer look and choose your next adventure.
The solution doesn't have to be major, to be life-changing - sometimes all it takes is a slight realignment.
