THRIVE is for thinking women like you, who are in need of mindfood, inspiration and connection.
The sessions are short, sweet and regular. Usually Thrive is an in-person gathering, but for now we will be ONLINE, via Zoom. We will gather from 5.30-6.45 pm, on the first and third Thursdays of each month.
The group will stay small, so discussion stays lively and everyone gets to be heard! By the end of each session you'll feel better about yourself, with renewed energy and enthusiasm for life.
